- Mecha
- Realism (unless taking realism commissions)
- Any kind of art suggesting the character will/is being sexually abused
- Real people/pets (too high risk of inaccuracy)
- Any kind of political art
- Hate art
- Any kind of zoophilic/pedophilic relationship artI will draw:
- Most animals
- Human/humanoid OCs
- Cryptid OCs
- Gore
- More experimental art (things I don't usually draw like lizards)
- CS and OS designs (MYO tickets not provided unless specified)

I have the right to refuse to draw something I don't feel comfortable with even if it's not on this list.
If at any point you are unsure if I draw something, just ask ^^

Disclaimer- If you break any of these, I will not take away your character(s), I do not believe that it is my right to simply take away something you payed for
- This may also resualt in any commissions being cancelled since I take payment after the work is done- I may decide to take further action if you are unfairly profiting from my work (e.g. selling shirts with my art)

IMPORTANT UPDATE: TH is now a must if adopting semi-open or open species design. Closed species with Masterlists won’t require you to have a TH (but is preferred).Design TOS
- When you buy a design/art made by me you agree to these rules
- Refusal to follow a rule will result in you being put on a private blacklist (you won’t be able to get any of my designs/character or art) but will not result in taking away your character(s)/art
- I’m not responsible for any misunderstandings as a result of failing to read the TOS

- Your art/design will be given to you without a watermark after the full payment is made- All transactions involving money will be done through artistree to protect the privacy of both me and you
- I will remove the artistree fee from your payment (2.60USD if payment is below 100USD)
- I can't do refunds hence taking the payment after the work is done
- I will not refund you for characters you bought and decided later that you no longer wantReselling
- Designs won/gifted/given away from me have a base value of 0
- Please don't resell my designs for money if you did not pay anything for them and there is no additional artRedesigning
- After buying a design from me, you can make changes to the design (as long as you can tell that it’s the OG design then you’re fine but honestly, I’m not too concerned about this, especially if it’s after a month from their creation) and give the character any accessories- You can change anything about their personality/story/etc- Please ensure redesigning is ok with closed species designsUse of my work
- Please don't use art of my own characters for personal gain (e.g. marketing, claiming them as yours, roleplaying as them etc)- Please do not repost/heavily reference my work without giving proper, clear credit
- Do not trace my work unless given permission by meCharacter designs (Monetary)
- You are free to use your acquired designs for any monetary purposes (pins, shirt designs etc) as long as you don’t claim the design as yours and don’t use my art (see below for using my art)
- I only request proper credit for my work- Please do not use art of my personal characters for monetary gain outside of advertising it as commission examples- Please keep in mind some closed species don’t allow any type of monetary gain from designsArt (Monetary)
